Wonderful hotel, the staff were all service-minded and attentive and the location was spectacular on the cliff. In love with gorgeous and reasonably large rooms with caldera view. Location: the property was not far from close to Fira as well as the best restaurants. I loved hot beverages at Hlios Bakery.

the room we booked was beautiful and exceptionally nice with fresh towels and a private balcony and delicious breakfast, overall the experience was really great. variety of food for breakfast, which was lovely to satisfy everyone.

It is a modern hotel with modern interior design, fantastic location near the port/airport and a cliff and 30 to the rest of the island. They serve a great selection of meals, the food I tried was great!

The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We were able to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The location of the hotel was perfect, not crowded but with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always with a smile. The room was comfortable, although a bit on the smaller side. I highly recommend this hotel for its incredible view and excellent service.

I did experience some humidity in the room, but I understand that it's due to the hotel's structure built into the cliff. The breakfast options were a bit limited, which was a disappointment.

The location was amazing! Right on the cliff with one of the best views I have ever seen! Also a great view of the sunset! Staff was very friendly and hepfull. Breakfast buffet was simple but nice. The hotel was located in Imerovigli from which you could also walk to Thira along the water in about 20 minutes.

The air conditioning in the rooms could be better as it was very warm during the night. Other than that nothing.

Superb location on the top of the caldera! We could not think of better place to stay. The view was staunning and the staff great. Thanasis and Markoula was very helpfull. We also tried out their restaurant The Blue Note and the view of the sunset was unbeatable!

The hotel's location is unbeatable for those who want to be close to the city center. The view is breathtaking and well worth the splurge. The staff is friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions.

The breakfast could use some improvement, with a limited selection and some basic items running out quickly. The bathroom facilities are a bit outdated and could use some renovations.

My room was on the small side, but for the amount of time we stayed in the hotel, it was fine. We thought about upgrading but the larger rooms didn't seem that much better anyway. The bed was a little stiff, but I found this to be an issue among all the hotels I stayed at in Greece. I was not a fan of the hotel's preferred Taxi service. Our driver drove a black 4 door Mercedes and seemed very shady. For example the rate was 15 euro from the seaport to the hotel, yet he charged us 20 euro to the airport ( which is much closer ) while also being very late. He said it was extra because it was due to a "reservation." Whatever.
